We offer tailored coaching and mentoring for HR professionals in the early stages of their careers. We provide coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders at all levels, focusing on both personal effectiveness and people management skills. Support includes conducting meaningful one to one meetings, delivering performance appraisals, having difficult conversations, and managing disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence processes. Our aim is to equip leaders with the confidence and competence to handle people challenges professionally and proactively.

We support individuals impacted by organisational change or restructuring by helping them transition into new opportunities. Our services include CV and cover-letter development, interview coaching, job search guidance, and practical advice to help them navigate the external job market with confidence.

On-going and pro-active support and advice with a dedicated number of hours allocated to your business per quarter.

Pay as You Go

Utilise our services as and when you need, with no minimum contract term or usage and at a set rate.

HR Helpline

A nominal set monthly fee providing 20 hours of email / telephone HR support and advice over a 12-month period.
