ARC HR Solutions was founded in 2020 by Tina Sood, during one of the most challenging periods for businesses in recent history. The global pandemic created unprecedented pressure on employers and highlighted the need for fast acting, pragmatic and genuinely supportive HR expertise.

ARC HR Solutions was established to meet that need—providing reassurance, stability, and trusted guidance at a time when many organisations felt uncertain and overwhelmed.

From the beginning, our aim was simple: to offer clients reliable, solution focused HR support that made them feel confident, protected, and never alone in navigating complex people challenges.

Since those early days, we have grown organically — not through aggressive sales or long term lock in contracts, but through recommendations, referrals and long standing relationships.

In 2022, June Fernandez Lewis joined ARC HR Solutions as a Senior Consultant, bringing extensive experience in both operational and strategic HR. Her expertise has enabled us to expand our offering further, including:

  • delivering outplacement services
  • managing complex casework with sensitivity and precision
